Closed adding panels not generating ez gizmo

adding a panel often doesn't generate an ez gizmo. generates error message [KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary]

Partial Fix in 0.14.11, the error will no longer appear. The feature that corrects this data as you are appending edges is not complete.
